All over town posters are appearing, announcing the coming of the Parrot Parade, a spring festival celebrating the existance of Roque on the fertile shores of the Mer.
A blue parrot shows on all posters and all inns are close to filling up with all the guests and tradesmen coming into the city.
All day long the finest wares and handiwork will be displayed, prized and bought. People are urged to bring out their finest costumes and masks for the big parade on the even of the 26th. The best costume will be honored with a prize.
Parents are asked to bring forward their children for the big honor of carrying the Parrot to the cliffs this yahren!
