Tarquir - The Royal Residence

Post by Rees »

A row of tall majestic Ironwood trees forms a semi circle, gracefully joined together by branches, walkways and paths. T'arquir is not only the home of the royal family and its adherants, but is also where the Council and Queen's Cabinet meet, where audiences are held, judgements made, public announcements given, and the Emerald Guard has its permanent headquarters and training school.

T’arquir – The Royal Residence

Aftermath of the Great Conflagration of Samheen 19th

The tall, majestic Ironwood trees that formed a semi-circle which were gracefully joined and shaped together by branches, walkways and platforms survived the catastrophe of the holocaust that blazed the city. Rumor has it that a titanic battle occurred inside the walls of the T’arquir palace that fatal night. Strokes of lightning and peals of thunder reverberated within the Palace as two titans fought against each other: The Queen of Tel Aranae Quessir against the Unknown Demon. None knew what transpired between the confrontation, save when the smoke and thick haze was gone, the Queen and the Demon had disappeared.

The Council and the Cabinet were keeping silent of what had happened or the whereabouts of the Queen. The Blessed Avatar of the Mother together with the Lord Sorcerer Un’Qyn can be seen inside the T’arquir Palace, guiding and salvaging the fading remnants of the Tari government. The Prince Regent, Taroile Galan Cerubhion with his brother, Prince E'uin Cerubhion fighting against the onslaught of the Orcs along the Borderlands were summoned back to the Capital for their safety.
