Chat Client

Post by Reiker »

I'm having problems with the on site chat client. Basically I can't do anything at all except see everybody else talk. It keeps on saying this error where my chat input sections should be: An error occurred: Connection to unix-domain socket(/tmp/cgiirc-fxrcyg5irbwdi/sock): No such file or directory

Reiker, IF you are at your own computer, use either IRC, Trillian or Pidgin. They all work and are not webbased. If you want help with them, feel free to ask me.

I'm already downloading Trilling because I'm on a proxy internet connection here in the dorm, which is actually the main reason why I'm trying to use the on site chat engine. It's all cool man, I was just wondering why it keeps on happening. Last time I was up in chat I connected.
