Along with their Tether threads, each Kanthrop must have at least one serious Aether encounter with their Inner Animal in order to qualify for Awakening in the Tether. These threads are introduced here:

The following threads will be/are set up in the Aether for them to play in. They will focus on their human soul facing off with their animal spirit, maybe literally in combat or perhaps in a quest of mutual agreement and understanding. This is upto the player to decide.
