A not-so-subtle gasp brought Ashari some necessary cool air as Andolin followed through with his first thrust. Her fingers began to dig into his skin in preparation for the driving force of their combined passions. The Caesar wasn't one to be so easily forecasted. He surprised her with a sudden kiss and stilling of hips. Her heart fluttered in the tender moment, but her body couldn't stand the halt as it urged him onward with needful, though restrained, buckings.

Andolin's soft voice cut through and her gray eyes met his. In a private way she felt young and out of her depth within the courtly intrigue that she'd fallen into quite by accident. Staring, even for half a flicker, into Andolin's dark blue oceans she let that slip away, and with it went his title, his importance and any remaining doubts. His wit and ability with words was still a good deal more than hers, though, and she found herself only nodding in eager agreement to his pillow talk quickly smothered over by an inspired kiss for her part.

The mage's back arched and she pressed herself against him, then leaned back down onto the desk to lure his body with her. Take me, good Mother above, take me now Andolin, she would've said if she could've found words, but instead she was too busy rolling her hips against his with increasingly quickened pace matching the escalation of her breaths.

Ashari's lips pulled away from his when necessary, such as oppertune moments of hoarse whispers that demanded he continue doing exactly what he was doing right that flicker, as well as indescernible moanings and murmerings which she did her best to keep to a lower decible so as to not alert his magesties elite guards. Later... The brunette told herself. Later, when we're truely alone, then I can be as loud and demanding as I want. Such mental musings were only as prevailant as needed to remind herself to keep it to a dull roar.

Fingers raced through his hair and delicately took in it's texture before her nails were sliding down his spine and grappling at his shoulders. What started as feminine mewlings of pleasure slowly edged toward more gutteral pleadings until she began to feel the sweet, slow warmth of climax spreading beneath her skin. It's need prevented her fairly even rhythm from continuing as she desperately clung to her dark lover as the high enveloped her and her mouth met his with more violence than the previous kisses of promise.

In the next burn all Ashari was capable of communicating was a deep, satisfied sigh paired with a content smile. "I'm covered in... ink," she said with a growing grin while looking at her right arm which was fairly well covered with a black smear of the dried substance starting at her shoulder and ending at her elegant wrist.

There was a certain satisfaction to Ashari's obvious need. There was a certain satisfaction that she displayed that need before he did. It was all part of the game he played with women he liked. It was about control, after all.

Serious pronouncement gave way to grinning as she all but begged him to take her, and not in the gentlest of ways. The needs of the soul was giving way to the needs of the body. Andolin knew well enough that a pace was important. Building to a crescendo made the ride all the more enjoyable. Slow strokes gave way to swifter ones, and even swifter. A galley slave might have likened it to the drum beat increasing to signal that the oarspeed should be increased faster and faster. One might say that Andolin had his oar in Ashari's water, but he was no galley slave. No, he was the commander.

In that role, every assault was timed to make Ashari grunt with pleasure and beg for more. The squeezed eyelids ... the rivulets of perspiration between her breasts ... the sharp intake of her breath ... the clamping of her legs around him, if not the clamping of the sea against his oar, were all the scenes of victory that he sought.

Time had little meaning until he had experienced her surrender; and, in that fateful moment he joined her. Not only was the pleasure doubled thereby, but there was something symbolic about it. The fury of any assault is limited by the strength that carries it. In the end, his body was sapped of his life fluid, even as his body was covered in his own perspiration, joining her own glistening body.

The Caesar's seed had been planted still within the day of his coronation. Though the acts had been carnal, this was the closest thing he could manage to bring a blessing upon the Empire, and himself.

As his light head sought to lower itself upon her breast, Ashari announced she was covered in ink. Fighting a laugh, Andolin quipped, "it seems our union has been committed to ink. I suppose it means that our alliance is now formal and binding." He gave a chuckle as his head swiveled to find some towels. They would need many. There were only so many, so he might have to ring for more ... once they had a chance to repair their clothing.

Ashari giggled with the inelegance of the lower class. Her breasts jostled beneath the Caesar, though she did her best to supress their movement with a stilled breath though the grin remained.

As he looked around, Ash couldn't help her eyes shifting to follow where his landed - flitting from corner to corner in shadow play of her partner. She waited until his dark eyes fell to her again before a mischevious smile flashed across her beautiful features. Her chin lifted and she granted him with an impromptu kiss that started off innocently enough only to transform into something of more passion and perhaps thankfulness of their union. Whatever the meaning she spoke nothing of it, and stretched her long lean body out as soon as it was done.

"I've gone and ruined all the work you had neatly laid out, m'lord," her eyes fluttered in mockery. "I hope you can forgive me the mess." Toned arms laid lazily above her head while she remained relatively pinned beneath Andolin.

Though in need of a towel, he did not withdraw yet. Her impromptu kiss was most welcome and returned enthusiastically.

"It is nothing that the servants can't clean," he replied dismissively as he reached for a quill to dip in the ink. Ashari would then likely feel a sharp quill point beneath her belly button, as her lover was attempting to write something.

"I am thinking," he mused aloud, "something like any thing below this line belongs to His Imperial Highness." He chuckled as he added, "but that is too many words to write without scarring you. How about a simple Keep Out Imperial Property?"

Then in a whisper that showed greater sincerity, Andolin added, "one day soon I hope to write the same above your heart. Perhaps, one day, I might permit you to write the same on my heart." Though he gave her a smirk, it was something he held out to her.

"Now, how about some towels?" he uttered as he withdrew and sought what he could. If there were not enough, he could ring for more.

Servants, right... yes. Ashari was not even close to being so reliant on their services. For Andolin it was the first thought, to Ash it was an after thought. She considered it - the idea of having so many at your beck and call, but it was a concept she couldn't quite grasp. For one who was so interested in being Caesarii she really didn't know the first thing about what came along with it. Well, aside from being with Andolin. At this point, it was one of the few things that mattered about the political position. That, and the ability to get her guild off the ground; out of the ashes.

"Ow," Andolin, starved for attention, dabbled in drawing on his newest conquest. Her taut stomach flexed at the application while the ink drop slid downward with a curious sensation that edged between tickling and something else that begged for her to brush away the errant line. Her first instict had been to suggest pain, but it was more the surprise at the quill's poke.

As he began to move it across abdomen she couldn't help but laugh at the feel. "Ok, ok!" She gasped amidst giggles that subsided as he offered a quieter tone and words with weight that pressed down on the very place where he said he wished to write. She wrapped nimble fingers around the feather. "When I sign, it'll be from here," she tapped the soft end against his forehead. "Down," she smiled. "For I'll have nothing less than all of you, Andolin." She meant it. Then he moved away to fetch them the ability to clean up. "Some water, too?" She suggested as she sat up.

The beautiful brunette shifted herself off the desk as soon as it became possible. Under the circumstances it had done well enough, but being sprawled across a desk naked as the day she was born wasn't exactly the most comfortable position. When her lover returned she did her best job of dipping corners of the towel into the water so that she could atleast get the ink from the end of her wrist and anywhere else that might show. "You've got a smudge," she said, standing infront of Andolin on tip-toes and wiping at an imaginary mark on his cheek. "Do you want to know a secret? -something no one else alive knows but me?" Her feet relaxed until she was lowered down to her normal height, gray eyes staring adoringly upward into Andolin's. "You can't tell anyone, though." She averted her gaze from left to right as if checking to make sure no one was listening. It was all in play, as soon as her vision locked with his again she grinned greedily - taking in his full attention only to give a slow whisper:

"Tomorrow is my birthday," she grinned. "Can I see you? I'd like to - as a present. Perhaps - coffee and dessert after supper? I shouldn't want to interrupt any plans you have, and this is rather short notice." If it wasn't her birthday she might've lied to come up with a good excuse to demand another audience. Thankfully, she didn't have to. Dessert did have a certain sweet ring to it.

As she tapped his forehead playfully, he smiled. "At least my hair will be free," he declared in a dramatic fashion and then laughed. It was a tall order she was placing. He was certain to make sure that no one owned him completely. It was the way he was, though he'd let her discern for herself his nature.

Yes, the two of them had made quite a mess, in more than one way. Going to his wash basin, he contributed the water and towels to their mutual clean up. He, too, sought to remove telltale ink smudges from her person.

As she confessed a secret, he gave her a sly smile. He loved secrets, of all kinds. As she confessed her birthday, he answered her in a delighted fashion, "happy birthday Ashari. And what yahren are you now?" he inquired innocently.

"I shall be yours tomorrow," he pledged, as his mind began to swim with ideas for a present for her. "When you think of birthdays, what is the most pleasant thought that comes to mind?" he asked innocently. His thoughts were more wicked.

"A lady would never answer such a question!" Ashari declared with a mocking huff. "Why don't you guess?" It was a bit of fun to put him on the spot to see what age he might put her as. The tempting teen struck a pose that showed off her curves. Her right hand caught her hip and hooked off it's exposed edge while her left arm hung with feigned disinterest.

"Oh... I don't really know," she began. "Most pleasant thing - I guess just that it's all about me." She gave a sly look much like a cat would offer when discovered in the butter dish. Ashari shrugged and thought back on what few memories of real birthdays she had. They were few and far between, but, she did recall her mother making her a new dress for one and her father having come home for another. "Well.. maybe that isn't the case." It wasn't, really. When Ash was a child she never had want of attention - she was the youngest and the only girl, so there was a sort of precious protection over her. "Surprises, that's the best part," here, she grinned. She'd settled on that being the best answer.

"The first birthday I remember my mom made us this big breakfast and she bought Maple syrup and I swear she borrowed the recepie for pancakes from the Laughing King - which are amazing, since you've probably never had them. It's funny, though... I thought that was my present, but then they had this silly stuffed raccoon. I swear, I carried that thing around with me everywhere! Hahaha!" Her laughter subsided to giggles and then to a sigh. "I must've been.. oh, I don't know, maybe only five or six yahren at the time." The tanned brunette leaned her bottom against the desk again.

"What about you?" She hoped for an anecdote or little story that might tell her a bit more about Andolin - maybe something she could use when his own birthday rolled around.

Admire her curves he did. Her invitation to guess was a dangerous one. Older women wanted to look younger but younger women wanted to look older. Andolin supposed the same was true for men, so there was little he could do to criticize her gender over it. "I'd say 18 yahren," he guessed, not because she looked that old, but it was the safest age to name ... old enough, but not too old.

As she related her story, it seemed to childish to enjoy, but he looked for ideas to surprise her in the story she told. He had an idea for something to give her, but wanted something funny to offer as well. There was little time to go shopping, but he was the Caesar, so he was certain he could get what he wanted.

As she called on him to relate his own birthday memory, Andolin was reminded that he did not really know his birthday. His amnesia had destroyed his early memories. Still, he was quite capable of creating his own birthday. Usually, he just told people thathis birthday was a secret. Now that he was Caesar, he would need an official birthday. As such, he would invent one on a date that best suited his purposes.

"I remember a birthday where I was induced to donn my birthday suit and sneak into the room of an innkeeper's daughter. My friends had said they had arranged everything. They had. I crept into the dark room and lit a candle only to find her father waiting for me with a club! I almost died ... literally," he chortled.

"I'm seventeen now and eighteen tomorrow, pretty good guess," she grinned. "And yet you keep denying being a mage..." Her voice trailed off in joking provocation that invited continual denial. If Andolin had attempted to read her mind she wagered she would've sensed it, but it was still fun to jest.

It was also likely that when it came time Andolin would have an easy time of figuring out a birthday that suited his purposes - and only when it became necessary. Were Ash in on his secret amnesia she might've suggested he research the known births of local heroes or days that were met with celebration already - it made it easier to turn one holiday into another.

His relation of his birthday story caused for the uninhibitted magelet to giggle with jostling enthusiasm. "I can picture you prepared for youthful throws of passion only to be subdued by an angry father." Ashari had no paternal protection to keep her safe from the Caesar's wants. Then again, Andi didn't have any mother to play unhappy in-law either. Perhaps it suited them just fine to fend for themselves.

Stooping to pick up the discarded remnants of her clothing the beauty looked at the ruler from under her lashes and hoped he might assist her with her lacing so that she might see her way out of the office without too much speculation from the servants. Once dressed Ash took one of his hands in her own and lead it behind her back in the process bringing herself close enough to him for another kiss - a kiss she placed on his lips eagerly. "Where should I call on you?" It was only a matter of time before she'd know all the little nooks and crannies of the Citadel proper.

He gave her a sly smile as she accused him of being a mage, arguing in his defense, "being perceptive is not necessarily a skill unique to mages."

He was happy to assist her in dressing. Andolin was certainly no stranger to women's clothing. He made sure to cinch her laces tight, just to hear her gasp. A cheeky smile at her followed.

As she kissed him farewell, he returned it with fervor. "Call upon me here. I shall leave word for the guards," he pledged. "Until the morrow," he added as he escorted her to the door, his mind swimming with ideas.

The gasp he sought did come and she gave him a sharp look that melted with rolling eyes as soon as she caught his smile in her sight. Such a cad... but he does know his way around laces well enough. It was appreciated, it would make things easier, anway.

"Until then, Andolin," she smiled and sauntered down the hallway aglow with obviousness that she couldn't contain if she'd wanted to. Perhaps the guards would see it just as a meeting gone well. It didn't really matter, Ashari didn't care. Let them wonder, she said to herself. Let them try to figure out why I'm smiling. She did so enjoy being the center of attention.

OOC: Thanks, Andi. Keep this up & Ash is going to get might comfortable in this palace... Fin for me.

After she left, the Caesar summoned his Steward and ordered that he procure one stuffed raccoon immediately. There was also a jewelry order that he wanted filled. The instructions given, he could turn to other matters, though the memory of the beautiful magelet would not disappear so easily from his thoughts.
