Lust will sate itself in a celestial bed

She laughed softly and tiredly - little adhiel indeed - her lips curled further into a smile as the irony was made apparent. She was unusually tall for an adhiel woman - both she and Ashtallion stood at imposing heights among their piers. But here, in Loraith's arms, she did feel like some small little girl, clinging to the warmth of another.

Alu gave him one last, long kiss goodnight and rested her head upon his chest. Playing and teasing a few stray hairs on his chest as she felt tiredness overcome her. Tonight had been wonderfully fun and eventfull. Loraith had appealed to her mischeavous streak and she - for all the hurt and stress from her exodus - had given in to the offer of nightly company with this stranger. Well, stranger no more, she thought.

The warmth of his body felt just right to Alu, their heartbeats so close together seemed to beat in a strange melody together.

Slowly, her tired eyes closed, darkness crept over her as she gently slipped into the most peacefull sleep she had experienced in many long years.
