No clue here, really.

Skylar is after her cloak at the moment, cause without it she can't change. It was initialy stolen by Ushuaia, elemental Air mage and generally a nasty man. Of course he'd like a birdwoman as a slave!

Too bad he got victimized by the riots on the 26th and the looters stole the cloak and ran off with it.

Right now (still on the 26th) Skylar is being helped by Motley to regain her cloak after Gerben told her he could not interfere.

The idea there is that Gerben is an earth mage. He and Ushuaia used to work together (see dev forum) but now agreed to stay away from each other.

Skylar lacks a lot of initiative, so Im trying to bait her into making decisions instead of leading her along by the hand.
