A BIG WELCOME BANG FOR THE CITADEL
Come all ye Citadeleans, from the high nobles of the Patrican Ring to the lowliest dregs of the Outer Ring, let's make the opening of the Citadel a bang the history of Tazlure will never forget.
Yes, you are free to enter the Red Banner, wear a dress, wear a mask, wear anything you like, heck, you can even wear nothing but the thin air around you and the Red Banner will surely let you in.
And if you want to be auctioned, feel free to ask the Madam of the Banner and you'll be sold* to the highest bidder like a side of beef.
*20% will go to the Red Banner for the benefit of the orphans and the less fortunate souls.
