Evaluation of Ensign O’Renimin, written on Chyril 18th 1225 on board of the Muchislie Marines ship Muchislie Lady

To Marines Headquarter, Adzerick, Copy to Muchislie Embassy, Citadel.

Concerning Tilha O`Renimin, born in Dort on Chyril 27th 1207 AD, from Nathan O`Renimin and Ha Ghi Neng, innkeepers of “Grinenha’s tavern” in Dort (Watertown).

Miss O’Renimin was enrolled as a Captain apprentice Ensign on the Muchislie Lady on Samheen 30th 1224 on Citadel embassy recommendation.
On Samheen 40th, she was convicted of having lied about her true name and jailed. Subsequent investigations shown the lies did not cover any criminal past or intentions, and she was released and allowed to stay on board to fulfil her engagement but degraded to a ship-boy.

From this time on, she has progressed to a topman role, and occasional assistant of the Lieutenant.
She has shown dedication to her tasks, team spirit, and obedience to orders, and we now deem her worthy of taking back her ensignship. She is now released from our ship and at the disposal of the Muchislie Marines command to affect as assign as needed for her career and Muchislie Marines might.

She is now considered a reliable crewmember and we would like to suggest keeping her on the Muchislie Lady.

Our evaluation of her skills is as follows:
- Seamanship: Miss O’Renimin is now an able crew, understanding the basic of the manoeuvres and seeing the general picture beyond her own work. But she needs to gather more experience before being given even any command position.
She has no theoretical or navigational knowledge, but she has proven literate and with an understanding of mathematics that marks her suitable for such training.
- Military: Miss O’Renimin has no weapon or martial skills, and could only have a support role during combat unless she is given specific training.
- Officer training: Miss O’Renimin understands and submits to basic discipline. But she still lacks any real knowledge of an officer behaviour, duties, and rules of etiquette.

As a side note, Miss O’Renimin seems to have shown, in a totally uncontrolled way, some abilities for magick, at least this is our assessment of some on board events witnessed around her. We have asked her to undergo assessment at the University Of Magic during ship refurbishment to see if it is possible she can channel this into something useful for us, or at least keep it in check.
