 All matter of Overall Concern is hereby charge and vote of the Partners at Recent;
o Where by;
 Overall Concern includes actions that dictate the entire venture as a whole.
• These concerns are;
o Policy;
o Business Arrangements;
 Acceptance of Clients;
o Matter of Venture Funds and Profits use;
o Matter of routes to be made, used, or abandoned;
o Matter of Partners to be accepted, rejected, ejected, or reinstated;
o Matter of Promotion of Tier 3 Responsibilities
 Tier 3 Responsibilities are;
• Director
• Associate
• Operating Officer
o Etc;
 Partner at Recent includes all who hold the status of Partner at the latest moment.



 All matters of Martial Nature are hereby charge and order of the Director of Arms alone;
o This Martial Nature includes the following;
 ONLY THE DIRECTOR;
• Will Command Security of Goods;
o AT EMBARKMENT ALL GOODS MUST BE CHECKED BY THE DIRECTOR AND CLIENT BEFORE ALLOWED INTO VENTURE CUSTODY;
o AT DISEMBARKMENT ALL GOODS MUST BE CHECKED BY DIRECTOR AND CLIENT/CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE BEFORE ALLOWED OFF OF VENTURE CUSTODY;
• Will command Security of Persons
o All PASSENGER ARE EXPECTED TO DO AS COMMANDED BY AUTHORITIES;
 These authorities are;
 The Director
 Lieutenants of the Director
 Assigned Guards
• Will command all use of force, armaments and holding them;
o NO PASSENGER IS ALLOWED to hold any sort of lethal object from the start until the end of the journey;
o All objects of armament potential are ordered to be encased in a lock box, catalogued and guarded along with the goods;
o Arms kept by the venture are subject to RENT FOR KEEPING;



 All Matters of Finance, Inventory, and Records are hereby charge and order of the Director of Coin and scribe alone;
o Finance, Inventory, and Records include the following;
 ONLY THE DIRECTOR
• Commands the issue of;
o Recording inventories;
 ONLY THE DIRECTOR holds the functions of recording goods on embarking and disembarking;
 RECORDS KEPT BY THE DIRECTOR;
• Include only the general nature of the goods;
• There will be a specific list for counterchecking at Embarkment and Disembarkment;
• Specific Lists are destroyed at the Disembarkment of every trip;
 On the Question of Containers;
• Clients are hereby ordered to create a document specifying the contents here in at Embarkment Checking;
• This document will be SEALED AND COUNTERSEALED by Client and Director;
• The document shall be kept inside the container until disembarkment;
• The document shall be returned to the Client or Client Representative for responsibility of the Venture ends at Disembarkment;
o Recording Dues;
 ONLY THE DIRECTOR holds the function to accept or reject loans;
 ONLY THE DIRECTOR holds the function of keeping those dues on paper;
o Setting Prices;
 There is a DEPOSIT payment at the embarking, and the final payment at disembarking;
• DEPOSIT is half of entire charge;
 Unpaid Individuals are hereby banned from our services;
 Unpaid Goods are confiscated after a duration of three weeks;
 Confiscated Goods are irredeemable after a duration of a months;
 The price of passage includes the assurance of upkeep throughout the entire trip;
o Keeping Records;
 ALL RECORDS ARE HEREBY PROPERTY OF THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE, INVENTORY, AND RECORDS ALONE;
 THERE WILL NEVER BE A SINGLE SYMBOL ALLOWED FOR THE VIEWING OF THOSE OUTSIDE OF THIS DIRECTORATE;
 INVENTORY INCLUDES;
• Names of Clients;
• General Nature of Goods in custody;
o Representation of Goods and Services;
 THE DIRECTOR;
• Recognizes only the passengers as they represent themselves;
• Recognizes the goods only as they represent themselves;



 All Matters of journey supplies and upkeep are hereby charge and order of the Director of Logistics alone;
o Logistics include the following;
 ONLY THE DIRECTOR;
• Commands the issue of;
o Consumables to be used for venture upkeep throughout the endeavor;
o Management of Consumables used throughout the endeavor;
o INVENTORY OF CONSUMABLES USED THROUGHOUT THE ENDEAVOR;


ALL FORMS OF NON-COMPLIANCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR OUSTING AT OUR DISCRETION;

All points herein are subject to CONTRACT BY SEAL AND BLOOD*.

*For purpose of asserting weight upon the words, Seal and Blood has been used. By this, it mostly means Sealed Wax and a Signature of the client written in Ink but Vellum is encouraged.
