Yes I am gone. But fret not, I am alright, it was my own volition that directed my steps away from Terra West, inspired not of malicious intent but the contrary.
You are a good man Antonio. I wish that we had met under different circumstances, I wish that I might too hold an esteemed position in your eyes. But such is not the case is it sweetheart. Despite your gentlemanly assurances, I know you shall come to resent me, for no man should awake to find his wife decided upon when he awakes. It is not right, you deserve better.
And so I have left, it is a gift Antonio, my parting is a gift of freedom. Doubtlessly the day will come when love draws you to marriage, and when it does, it shall not seem a trap, but a wondrous union. Please give my regards to Father Bitalli, he is a lovely man.
