Throughout Kings Court posters put on walls and trees that announced both in word and easily understood pictures that the Bardic College had been re-opened on Samheen 28th, signalling that the rebuilding of Kings Court was complete.
All those bards that were abe to come up with a performance within a weeks time in honor of King Balthasar and the One God Dominicus, to be performed at the Bardic College in front of a large crowd would be allowed to do so, at the discretion of the College Master. The big event would be held on the 35th of Samheen.
Rumors on the street whispered that this was a brilliant move of Major Domus Leonius to promote the current regime. For it was the bards that were the ears and eyes of government as well as giving voice to the feelings of the population.
