As TI is one of the most remote locales in Tazlure- we like to think of it as a place which simply doesnt abide by the clocks and schedules of the rest of the world. Now in Sabata, all those merchants and new-fangled traders are certainly trying to change that, and if your PC is a merchant or sailor from somewhere else, you may be timestamped and so forth.
In fact, the phrase 'gone to Sabata' is becoming common slang among the younger representatives of merchant houses in the major western kingdom cities- it is a metaphor for losing track of time or being lost in your own little world.
But out in the desert proper and the Mountains, you are likely to remain without a timestamp. Just FYI...
