Who was the most criminal/villainous NPC in 2007?
Remmel - for drugging Felecia at the Naturalist Saloon then selling her to a brothel, and for watching calmly as his boss is butchered at the Punt Den
Hieronymous Hart - takes an ear for an ear at the Abbey a'the Bleedin' 'eart, and being malicious even when his end is nigh at the Punt Den
Marcus, tyrant wannabe and bloodmage of own making. Failed horribly, but managed to upset quite a few pc's over the cause of the last year.
Krys of the City Guard - She may not have the power or malevolence of some of her counterparts, but this girl sure tries her best to make the lives of newcomers hard. To her credit she does not discriminate on sex, race or any other attribute.
