What colour are you? :D

So, I've noticed a trend (this comes from painting lots of avatars). Most common hair colour on Taz appears to be black. Most common eye colour - green. I can think of a bunch of tazzies off the top of my head who have black hair and green eyes.

So what did you pick? :P Are you one of the most common?

Brunette, profile, (I think, I forgot) says that she isn't wuite sure of her eye colour. I don;t know, as you can see, so I voted green. As it sounds appealing and probably did when I created the charsheet.

Brunette with unusually blue eyes. When I created wood elves didn't have blue eyes, so it made him distinct. My how things change over the years.

I love how this poll is completely failing to prove Finn's original hypothesis, namely that black-hair-green-eyes is the most common combo in Tazlure. As yet, Morgan is the only one!

Twelve out of thirty five voters have black hair - which is almost a third, and therefore more than you'd expect. Twelve also have green eyes, which is about correct, if you assume green eyes occur as commonly as blue and brown, which they don't, as a rule.

I also can think of three or four PCs off the top of my head who have green eyes and black hair, and haven't voted - the only person who's admitted to it was you, Morgan, and even then you did so grumblingly, I remember in chat! XD Telling me your hair was technically dark brown!

So I consider this not entirely representative. If I could be bothered, I'd go through every sheet myself and calculate the actual odds. That'd be interesting. :3

It IS technically dark brown!

It says so on the sheet...

Besides, Morgan's eyes are only green-brown. Like my RL eyes. I take your point that green eyes are unusually common in Tazlure, though.

As for black hair: I don't think it's unusually common when you consider that it's more-or-less the only realistic racial choice for POTS, Amunics and EEers.

There are a whole seven blue-eyed-black-haired PCs, too. I maintain that your hypothesis is in need of revision.
