A library, used by scholars and the only one of its kind in the realm. The elves have a great reverence for anything made from parchment and the books of the Runya are carefully guarded and never leave the three tiered Library itself.
It is rumored to hold strange and mystical texts from all over the world, as well as what knowlege of the elven culture has been written down.
Blue coated Librarians work quietly amonst the books, assisting scholars and there are always two Emerald Guards on duty in the atrium, although no one has attempted to steal a book in a thousand yahren.

Aftermath of the Great Conflagration of Samheen 19th
Ancient papers, important scrolls, mystical vellums, strange papyrus and books filled with secret knowledge were prepared for immediate evacuation by the blue robed scholars and sages last night. Yet, the library persevered with a great deep sigh of relief from the attack of the fire. Somehow, The Runya was protected by some unknown art, known only to the scholars and learned ones of the library.
The mistress of the Runya was nowhere to be seen that night, she was secluded and locked into her room and a faint sound of scribbling can be heard coming out of her chamber, some said that she was writing the last volume of the race of adhiel.
